SCHEDULE :

• Mon-Fri 8a-5p - Clinic or OR

Coverage Need Details :

• Need Urologist to support ambulatory clinic, perform OR procedures, and support hospital call and emergent needs. 24 hour call on weekends and after hours call during the week.
• Clinic: 18-22 patients per day
• Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds.
• Call coverage is for ER and hospital.

REQUIREMENTS :

• DEA Required? : Yes
• State Licensure : IL
• CSR License Required? : Yes
• *Will only consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS; BLS

Minimum Board Certification: BC/BE

EMR System: Epic
