Schedule

• During scheduled shift work, provider will be required to cover clinic caseload and hospital call coverage as part of scheduled hourly rate
  • Night call will follow clinic hours
• Call: 24hr coverage (7am-7am) every day, 7 days out of the month
• Clinic: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (8am-5pm)
• Night Call: 5pm-8am
• Tuesday - Surgeries all day
• 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off

• Inpatient and outpatient
• Very efficient high performance team and will be a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active OR License - Preferred
• Required Skills: General Urology (Adult, Pediatric), Ureteroscopy, Renal and bladded u/s (w/biopsy), TRUS biopsies, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
• Preferred Skills: General Urology (Neonate), Laparoscopic surgeries, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic node dissection, Robotic surgery (Partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound), Penile prosthesis

Call

• Beeper
• Call response time required: 30 mins
• Expected to work in clinic and be on call, then will be on night call

• 7 MAs, 1 APP
