Job Responsibilities

LOCUM- Urology
*Rate caps will be lifted on this position*
IMPORTANT:
Rate Applications as followed:
- Clinic and hospital call (8am-5pm) - billed as regular hours
- Night Call (5pm-8am) - billed as night call
It is 24hr coverage every day but the expectation is that this will be billed as clinic and night call on the
weekdays. Provider is expected to work in clinic and be on call (included in regular hourly rate) then they will
be on night call (night call rate would apply and CB rate would apply if called in).
OR License PREFERRED.
*Note: During scheduled shift work provider will be required to cover clinic caseload and hospital call
coverage as part of scheduled hourly rate. Night call will follow clinic hours. *
Schedule is as follows:
Clinic: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Tuesday - Surgeries all day
Call is seven days out of the month
We will look to utilize two providers for this need. Two weeks on two weeks off.
Hospital has townhouses available for providers to use that is first preference, if they are full there are hotel
options.
Regarding patient volume it is a very efficient high performance team and it will be a fast paced environment
