Position Details Setting: Inpatient Patients per Shift: Variable Beds in Department: N/A Support Staff: - RNs: 2 - MAs: 2 - PA/NPs: 1 - Office Staff: 3 Nearest Airport: DLH (Duluth, MN) Lodging Recommendations: Sheraton Duluth or Residence Inn Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Submissions Requirements BC/BE Licensed in MN or IMLC ACLS, BLS Skill Requirements Specialty Skills: Urology - General Urology: Adult, Pediatric (preferred) - Advanced Endoscopic Techniques - Laparoscopic Surgeries - Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy - Ureteroscopy - Radical Cystectomy w/ Ileo-loop Conduit - Radical Prostatectomy - Nephrectomy - Prostatectomy - Pelvic Node Dissection - Robotic Surgery - Partial Nephrectomies/ Intraoperative Ultrasound - Adrenalectomy - Renal and Bladder Ultrasound - TRUS Biopsies - Fertility Work-up - Incontinence Procedures - Penile Prosthesis - Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) - Renal Transplant Surgery - Advanced Pediatric Surgery Other Details Call volume is variable and generally higher on Mondays. Collaborative group of 3 board-certified surgeons with a support staff team. Recently onboarded APC with urology experience assisting with rounding. Locum to perm preferred but not necessary.
