Overview

Recruiting an additional Urologist to join our multi-specialty group in Stockton, CA. The incoming Surgeon would develop a busy, full-scope practice.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients. no gender reassignment cases,
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
  • Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.


Qualifications

  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license
  • Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
