Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, treat, and manage a range of urological conditions, including kidney stones, prostate disorders, and bladder issues.
Perform procedures such as cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, TURP (transurethral resection of the prostate), and minimally invasive surgeries.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care for urological patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient evaluations and treatments.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Pennsylvania.
Strong clinical skills with experience in a variety of urological procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
