- Coverage Needed:
- 24 hour call monthly
- 7:00 am - 7:00 am
- Clinical Information:
- Hospital setting
- Patient Ages: adult
- Call: Hotel/Beeper Call – does required to respond in person to those requests, not just phone calls
- In a 24 hour period, usually called in 2-5 hours
- 20 minute response time
- 500 bed hospital
- Trauma level 2
- Nursing support staff
- EMR: eCW and Meditech
- Daily patient volume: 28
- Types of cases: General Urology – Mostly kidney stones, Bread & butter cases
- Robotics: 3 XIs
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active VA License
- DEA/CSR
- 200 cases in the last two years
- BCLS, PALS
