Locums Urologist - Silverdale, WA Assignment Dates

Coverage Need Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call 5-6 days of call per month in addition to clinic Position Details Location: Silverdale, WA EMR: Epic Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4 PM Call: 24-hour shifts (8 AM - 8 AM) Patient Volume: - Clinic: 20-25 patients/day - OR: 20-30 surgeries/month - Call Volume: 20% consults, 80% callbacks Rounding: Yes Robotics: Available for cases if needed Admissions: Yes Multiple providers accepted: Yes Submissions Requirements BC/BE WA state license or IMLC with LOQ in hand Up-to-date CV with explanations for gaps >30 days Malpractice documentation (NPDB and/or write-up) Clean Sex Offender search BLS, DEA Additional Details Looking for a full time bread and butter Urologist for clinic and call. Clinic Manager will provide clinic tour/orientation before start date. Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general cases, clinic, rounding, and OR. Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient and customer service skills. Robot onsite at hospital for cases if needed. Will be sole provider in a fast paced/busy dept. Provider may take hospital call during clinic hours.
