OneStaff Locums has a client in Durango CO seeking a physician to cover 1 week per month beginning in April and ongoing.

Job Responsibilities

• Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
• FTE: .5
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic
• OR time for various procedures
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
• Reason for Coverage: Candidate submitted cancellation recently and team needs to backfill this provider.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Urology - Required, will not accept BE candidates
• Active CO License - Highly Preferred
• Active BLS - Required for credentialing
• Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
• Clean Malpractice/background - Required

Working Hours

Monday-Friday - 8a-4p (onsite), 4p-7a (night call); Sat-Sun (7a-7a) - 24 hour call
Weekend Call 24 hour call (7a-7a)
On Call Night call (4p-7a) & 24 hour (7a-7a)
