• Board Certified, Board Eligible - Highly Preferred
• WA or IMLC - (must be in hand and uploaded)- REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice (This is a MUST Due to Expedited Credentialing) - CLEAN PREFERRED
• Availability at time of name clear – REQUIRED
• Availability for Specific dates and black out dates - REQUIRED
• Must list # of shifts provider is available to offer/month & if availability is shared between assignments - REQUIRED
• Certifications: BLS, DEA: REQUIRED

Position Description:

• Setting: clinic/call
• Duties: general urology care in clinic and on call, need a bread and butter urologist for routine care
• Required Procedures: bread and butter urology, robot available
• Patients per day/volume: 20-25 pts per day
• Number of surgeries: 20-30/month
• Robotics? yes
• Call Volume (consults vs callback): 20% consults, 80% callback
• Admissions: Hospitalist team present
• Rounding: Locum will round
• EMR: Epic
