We are hiring Urology Physician for an ongoing locum assignment in Washington!

Job details:

• Start: ASAP
• Shift: Clinic: 8a-4p
• Call: 24 hours 8a-8a, 1 in 6
• On Call: 5-6 days/month
• Call Volume (consults vs callback): 20% consults, 80% callback
• Admissions: Hospitalist team present
• Rounding: Locum will round
• Patients per day/volume: 20-25 pts per day
• Number of surgeries: 20-30/month
• EMR: Epic
• Setting: clinic/call

Job Requirements:

• Board Certificate
• Board Eligible
• WA State License
• Clean Malpractice
• BLS

What the Client has to offer:

• Hourly pay rate: $200 for W2 and $230 for 1099 per hour
• Night call rate: $400 for W2 and $450 for 1099 per hour
• On Call rate: $1,800 for W2 and $2,000 for 1099 per hour
• 24hr call rate: $2,700 for W2 and $3,000 for 1099 per hour
• Callback rate: $200 for W2 and $230 for 1099 per hour
• Client reimburses for all travel expenses: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage at IRS Standard Rate
• Licensure reimbursement
• Certification reimbursement
