Wonderful opportunity to support a Urology practice located in Silverdale, WA.

* Duties: general urology care in clinic and on call, need a bread and butter urologist for routine care
* Required Procedures: bread and butter urology, robot available
* Patients per day/volume: 20-25 pts per day
* Number of surgeries: 20-30/month
* Admissions: Hospitalist team present
* Rounding: Locum will round

Requirements:
* BC/BE
* WA State License // LOQ
* Clean Malpractice
* BLS
* Position has non-negotiable work dates mandatory work dates: 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31

Clinic: 8a-4p
Call:24 hours 8a-8a , 1 in 6; offsite;
Call Volume (consults vs callback): 20% consults, 80% callback
