Urologist Opportunity in Beautiful Southern Oregon

Asante is seeking a Urologist to join our thriving Urology practice in the stunning Rogue Valley, based in Medford, Oregon. Our collaborative team currently includes 5 Urologists and 5 APP's, and we’re excited to add a 6th Urologist to support the growing demand for high-quality urological care. We provide coverage for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and serve a referral area of 625,000 people.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Year 1: Competitive base salary
• Year 2: Compensation is the greater of the annual base or $/wRVU-based salary, plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
• Year 3 and beyond: $/wRVU-based salary, plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
