Urologists wanted to join a Sacramento Metropolitan Multispecialty group. Join this group of Century old, 150+ providers, Department has two Urologist, one will be retiring. Facility is a 108-bed acute care facility. The Hospital is in the process of getting a robot. Average patients per day 17 OR/Procedure days versus clinic: 1-1.5 procedure days per week in office (average 10-12 procedure/day) 1-2 OR day per week (average 4-5 procedures/day), 1-3 days per month in ASC. Group has Holmium, Thulium laser, transperineally prostate and prostate fusion equipment, Plus access to ESWL. Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, Mandarin language skills a plus. EMR system is Cerner, Call is 7 days per month - must live within 30 minutes to the hospital. Excellent group culture – strongly believe in work-life balance.
