St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, a Trinity Health affiliate, is seeking an additional Neurologist to join St. Peter’s Neurology located in NY’s capital region. With offices located in Albany and Clifton Park, NY, this is excellent opportunity to be a part of a physician-led organization with an established Neurology department as it takes its Neurology program to the next level of integration.
Job Description:
- Open to providers with expertise in various specialties including Palliative Care, Hospice, Neurology, Physiatry, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care, with specific experience in ALS care. Must be TRULY Board Eligible or Board Certified in relevant specialties with ALS physician work experience (not including Residency/Fellowship training).
- Outpatient ALS office setting
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- 100% adult patient population
- 100% outpatient practice
- Average of 6-7 clinic patients per day
- EPIC EMR
- Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers
- This is a full-time, permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.
- Accepting Locums candidates
- Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations.

- Relocation Assistance, if applicable. The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursement-based system.

- Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Neurology or Palliative Care, Hospice, Physiatry, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care
- Active NY license (or in process)
- BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain)
- Provider must be able to perform EMG/NCS and EEG
- Previous physician work experience (not including training) with ALS
- Provider must be interested in providing general Neurological care
