Practice Setting:
- Schedule: 3 days per week in the clinic and 2 days per week in surgery at the hospitals.
- Practice Support: Joining 2 very experienced Urology Physician Partners and 4 APP's on staff.
- Patient Volume: 8:1 ratio; 30-40 patients per day.
- Opportunity for growth: 40-50 New Patient referrals per day!
- Clinic Environment: 6 exam rooms, 2 for minor procedures.
- Opportunity for Growth: Opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and leadership development are provided and encouraged.
- Favorable Call Schedule: 1:4 Call.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Partnership: $0 Buy-In for a seamless transition to equal partnership.
- Compensation: $500,000 - $550,000, determined by factors such as experience, education, and background.
- Signing Bonus: Receive a generous signing bonus of $100,000 to welcome you to our team.
- Retention Bonus: A retention bonus of $50,000 is provided to reward your continued commitment to our practice.
- Monthly Educational Stipend: While in training, you will receive a monthly education stipend ranging from $1,500 - $2,000.
- Student Loan Forgiveness: Benefit from up to $50,000 in student loan forgiveness to help ease your financial burden.
- Promotion Bonus: Details of incentive provided during opportunity review.
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000-$15,000, dependent on need.
