SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : ***Must meet all submission requirements in order to submit!***
- PA DEA: REQUIRED
- Active PA License : REQUIRED
- 5 years experience: REQUIRED
- Certifications: BLS: REQUIRED
- Availability 4 - 8 shifts per month ongoing: REQUIRED
Coverage Need Details:
- Need someone for 4-8 shifts per month for weekday/night call and weekend coverage.
- Block needed is typically Friday evening - Monday Morning. May occasionally include a need for weekday clinic coverage.
- Clinic 8a-5p
- Night Call 5p-8a
- 24hr Call: 8a-8a
- No Clinic on the weekends
Job Information:
- Provider will be doing both inpatient and outpatient during the weekday.
- Inpatient rounding on the weekends is likely.
- How many OR/Surgery Days in Hospital: None at present, elective but emergencies as needed. Elective procedures are being referred back to employed physicians.
- No scheduled OR days, only emergencies.
