**Position Details:**
- Join Confluence Healths Urology team of six forward thinking and well-trained Physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers
- Become a partner in our multi-specialty healthcare organization where taking care of our physicians is as important as taking care of our patients
- Full-time position in busy high-quality rural practice
- Consults at one level three community hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program
- The practice is general, community urology with a four-county service area and no competing groups

- Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.

- Board-certified or board-eligible urologist
- Training and interest in all aspects of adult urology
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State

- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
