You will share call and work closely with a large group of experienced physicians and 2 APPs
We are an established, stable, comprehensive, and busy practice with many patients and diverse cases available
A full spectrum of urology can be performed here
Focus on the area of practice you enjoy as we perform the latest and advanced urology procedures: The main OR has 1 dedicated room with a mounted cysto table and Fluro. The ESWL comes once per week.
One hospital only with clinic, surgery center, and hospital on same campus! - Park at one location every day!
Experienced clinic and support staff
We offer comprehensive services including: da Vinci Xi robotics, laparoscopic urology, interitem, urodynamics, Holmium laser, ultrasound, pelvic floor rehab
Up to four OR days per week
1:6 hospital call or better with APP support for calls
APPs support rounding in hospital
Access to patients right away; high demand, proven volumes, ability to focus on any niche or specialty interest
Compensation & Benefits:
Two-year guaranteed salary for ramp-up and then wRVU production. Option to go off of guarantee after year one if RVU production is exceeding guarantee.
$630,000 starting salary guarantee
