Clinical Role:

- Coverage Dates: ASAP Ongoing until physician/physicians hired
- Shift Schedule: Call-only. 24hr call Mon-Mon. They are on site for a while and then continue offsite
- Reason for Coverage: Absence of a full-time physician
- The procedures listed below are a variety of procedures performed across the system and may not all be performed by our locum providers:
- ESWL
- Stent Insertion/Removal/Exchange
- TURP
- TURBT
- Vasectomy
- Cystoscopy (with dilation)
- Cystourethroscopy with Biopsy
- Prostate Biopsies
- Hydrocele Excision
- Dorsal Slit
- Circumcision
- SP Tube Placement
- Litholapaxy
- TUIP
- Bilateral Retrograde Pyelogram
- Patients per Day/Volume: This varies based on ER volume
- Life Certifications/Qualifications required: BLS, ACLS, any robotic certifications
- Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Director, supporting LPN Clinical Coordinator, ER and OR staff
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Active TN License or IMLC Accepted
- Trauma Level: Level 3
