• Guaranteed Base Salary: $542,000
• Generous Signing Bonus: A $100,000 signing bonus to kickstart your journey with us.
• Resident Stipend: Receive $24,000 to support your transition.

• Shared Call: The call is shared with experienced APPs, ensuring a balanced lifestyle. MD and the APP team alternate weeks, keeping your on-call duties manageable.
