- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- License: An active Pennsylvania state license is required

- Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. Full time 5 days a week office practice from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with surgeries. The client prefers someone ongoing for a minimum of 6 months. The client does prefer 1 candidate full-time, but they are willing to take 2 locum candidates who would do 10 shifts per month consistently so they could have 2 consistent weeks of coverage. The schedule will be M-F | 8a-4:30p.
