About Us:

We are a leading nonprofit healthcare provider in the region, specializing in comprehensive urological care for both men and women. We are currently seeking a committed and skilled Urologist to join our dedicated team!

Practice Setting:

• Average patient volume: 25-30 patients per day.
• Procedures include Ureteroscopy, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL), Vasectomy, Female Urology, Urodynamics, Cystoscopy, Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation (PTNS), and Robotic Surgery.
• Access to cutting-edge ancillary services, including Da Vinci surgical robots, Cerner EMR, and Dragon Medical dictation integrated with Augmedix AI.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Light and infrequent call duty, 10 days per month.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base salary of $550,000, with additional earning potential.
• $40,000 signing bonus.
• Relocation assistance and performance-based metric bonuses.
• Additional compensation for extended call coverage, with increased rates in the second and subsequent years.
• Benefits include 5 weeks of PTO, a 401K with matching, CME time with a $5,000 allowance, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
