Coverage Needed:
- October 10, 18, 25, 31
- November 26-30
- December 24-31
- 24 Hour Call: 7am - 7am
Clinical Information:
- While on call for the ED, will take any clinic calls after hours and weekends from patients with after hours issues
- The calls come through answering service and would be routed to the locums provider
- 24 Hour ED Call Coverage
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: RN and Tech support the OR and on the units
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Board Certified
- Active NC License & DEA
- General Urology experience
- Must have Trauma experience
