Details:

  • Location: Southeastern Kentucky
  • Duration: October - Ongoing
  • Schedule: Flexible 1-4 weeks per month
  • Hours: Clinic 8a-4:30p
  • Call: optional weeknight call and 24 hour call
  • Scope: General Urology – open to clinic only or clinic with call (robotics preferred but not required)
  • Volume: clinic 20-22 PPD
  • EMR: Meditech
  • Credentialing: 30-60 days
  • Require: BC/BE, Active KY or IMLC Compact License
