Facility in Bismarck, ND seeking Urology locums coverage

Rates: $5400/day

Schedule/Availability:

  • Key Dates:

    • 11/22 5p - 11/23 8a

    • 11/23 8a - 11/25 8a

    • 12/23/24 – 01/01/25

    • Ongoing coverage needed.

  • Setting: Clinic and call duties at the hospital.

  • FTE: 1.0

  • Required Procedures: TRUS Biopsies of prostate, cystoscopy, cystoscopy and dilation.

Duties:

  • Perform clinic visits and on-call duties.

  • Must perform TRUS biopsies with only RN staff (no US tech).

  • Handle emergent surgeries (1-3 stone cases possible).

  • Rounding on post-op patients.

  • Surgeries: Typically 4 surgeries scheduled per surgery day.

Support Staff:

  • 2 RNs, 1 LPN.

EMR: EPIC.

Credentialing Information:

  • Timeframe: 90 days.

  • Requirements: Completed application, ND license, DEA license, case logs.

  • North Dakota License or IMLC: Required.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Urologist: Preferred (Board Eligible within 5 years of residency acceptable).

  • ND License: Preferred, but IMLC acceptable.
