- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 2, is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. The facility is currently looking for a permanent candidate to join the practice, so locum to perm is preferred but not necessary for this assignment. Call volume ranges and is variable on a per day basis. Monday volumes are typically higher after the weekend. Collaborative group of 3 board certified surgeons on staff with a friendly support staff team who's willing to help. Recently onboarded a new APC, with urology experience, who is assisting with rounding every morning in the hospital and would be available to work with locum.
