Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care:

    • Deliver high-quality urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various urological conditions.
    • Perform both minor and major urological procedures, utilizing advanced techniques and technologies.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
  • Clinical Services:

    • Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care in a state-of-the-art clinic.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Offer guidance and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
  • Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Proven experience in performing a range of urological procedures.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills.
