- Care for patients needing stent changes in litho
- Cystoscopies in endo, change ouch stents in endo
Required Procedures: Stent Changes, Cystoscopies
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: RN, MA & PA
Reason for Coverage: Employed MD is out on Involuntry military deployment
Travel Preferences:
- Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels
- Air Travel: Local, preferred but not required
Requirements:
- Other Credentialing Requirements – Will need privileges at SJHMC
- Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? Yes

- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Urology - Preferred
- AZ State License - REQUIRED or LOQ in hand
- Residency only or both Residency and Fellowship - Preferred
