Last Update:

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Specialty: Urology
Requirement: Physician (MD/DO)
Location: Oregon
Job Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Coverage Required: 01-01-25 - Ongoing
Schedule: On-site clinical hours and calls if needed
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
License: An active Oregon state license is required
EMR: Epic
Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper calls if needed. The schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Tuesdays, surgeries all day. Call is seven days out of the month. They are highly preferring to utilize one provider for this opening but if we need to utilize two we will look to
have each of those provider provide one week of call a month. It is 24hr coverage (7am-7am) every day but the expectation is that this will be billed as clinic and night call on the weekdays. Provider is expected to work in clinic and be on call (included in regular hourly rate) then they will be on night call (night call rate would apply and CB rate would apply if called in).
There's an average of 30 patients per shift.
