Looking for 2 locum providers to provide urology locum tenens coverage beginning in May. Schedule would be 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

Schedule:

Clinic: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8am-5pm), Call after hours

Surgery: Thursday (all day)

Required procedures: Urodynamics, Rezum, Spaceoar, cystoscopes, Biopsy guns, Ultrasound, Bladder scanner, Uroflow

Avg daily patients: 30

98% Adult, 2% Pediatric

99% Outpatient

Avg # of hospital-based procedures weekly: 2-12

Avg # of clinic-based procedures weekly: 26

5 exam rooms

Onsite Lab and X-ray

EMR: EPIC

REQUIREMENTS:

-OR license active & unrestricted

-BC-UROLOGY

-BLS & ACLS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
