Looking for a locum Urologist to help fill the dates below. We anticipate the need of 1 week per month ongoing beyond July 6, 2025.

DATES: •Mar 31-Apr 6

•Apr 21-27

•Apr 28-May 4

•June 23-29

•June 30-July 6



SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday: Clinic: 8a-4p + 4p-7a (night call)

Saturday-Sunday - 24hr call (7a-7a)

Trauma Level III

Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic & OR time for various procedures

EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

• CO state license; active, unrestricted or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
• BC/BE – Urology
• BLS, DEA

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided
