Facility in Anderson, SC seeking Urology locums coverage

Rates: $4500/day

Position Details:

    • Dates of Coverage: TBD in 2025

    • Reason for Coverage: Building a locum coverage pool for future needs

    • Call Schedule: 24-hour call

    • Patient Demographics: 100% Adult/Geriatric

  • Setting: Emergency Department (ED) & Inpatient only

  • Average Number of Surgeries per Day: 2-5 per weekend

  • Other Urologists on Site: None during the locum's assignment

  • Current Urologists in Group: 4

  • Lab and X-Ray Onsite: Yes

  • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15-20

  • EMR: Epic

  • Trauma Level/Designation: Level II

  • Required Procedures:

    • Ureteroscopy

    • Laparoscopic Surgeries

    • General Urology

    • Trauma

    • Nephrectomy

    • Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound

    • Incontinence Procedures

Credentialing Information:

  • Estimated Timeframe: 60 days

Requirements:

  • Board Certification: Required

  • Active SC License: Required, no exceptions

  • Clean Background: 100% required, no exceptions

  • Experience: No new grads; must have substantial experience, excellent ratings, and strong training

  • BLS/ACLS Certification: Preferred
