Clinical Role:

- Dates of Coverage:
- Nov. 11 (8a) - 18 (7a)
- Site will need about 1 week per month ongoing starting Jan 2025
- 1 weeks per month ongoing
- Monday - Friday - 8a - 4p + 4p - 7a (night call) & Saturday - Sunday - 24hr call (7a - 7a)
- Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
- FTE: .5
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic
- OR time for various procedures
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
- Reason for Coverage: Candidate submitted cancellation recently and team needs to backfill this provider.
- Board Certified– Required (Will Not Accept Borad Eligible)
- Active CO License – Required or IMLC
- BLS, DEA – Required
