We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locums Urologist Physician to provide hospital-based call coverage in Mishawaka, IN. This is a hospital-based call coverage with 24-hour call coverage, handling adults only, with an average of 2-5 patients per day. Physician will provide general urology procedures and care to adult patients, handle emergency and routine urology cases during call hours, and utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• ACLS certification required
• Active Indiana medical license
