    • 7/21/2024 – 7/26/2024
    • 7a – 7a
    • Provider will be added to a pool for ongoing shifts
    • 24 hour call coverage
    • Adults only
    • 2 – 5 ppd
    • EMR: EPIC
    • General Urology procedures required
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible
    • Active IN License - Required
    • ACLS – Required
