Location: A city in Indiana with a rich industrial history, particularly in manufacturing and engineering, but has diversified its economy over the years. This city is known for its parks, and its vibrant downtown area with shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Adjacent to South Bend, 90 miles to Chicago and 140 miles Indianapolis!

Facility: Acute-based hospital providing a wide range of community-based and post-acute services including: community wellness, physical rehabilitation, home care, physician clinics, outpatient services, independent and assisted senior living, memory care and affordable senior apartments.

Opportunity:
  • Urgent dates needed: July 21 7a to 26 7a
    Provider will be added to a pool for ongoing shifts.
  • 24 hour call coverage
  • Adults only
  • 2-5 ppd
  • EMR: EPIC
  • General Urology procedures required
  • Willing to pay for full travel
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
