Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Clinic:
- Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
- Lunch is 12p-1p
- Last patient seen at 4p
- Night Call:
- Mon - Fri
- 5:00 pm - 8:00 am
- 24 hour call: must be open to occasional 24hr hospital call
- Sat, Sun
- 8:00 am - 8:00 am
Clinical Information:
- 20 patients per day
- Clinic Procedures: prostate bx, cysto, prostate ultrasound and general urology follow ups
- EMR: Cerner
- Will need to take hospital call while on assignment
- will alternate with the rest of the call staff
- Weekends cover ED call
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active NC License
- General Urology experience
