Locums - Urology (Call Only) - Fort Wayne, Indiana
Urology On-Call 24 Hours:
Locum will provide all inpatient Urology consults, patient rounding, and procedures as needed. Responsible for after hour Call.
***Facility will ONLY consider all-inclusive rates for 24 hour call, meaning no-call back rates will be considered ***
MUST HAVE ACTIVE IN LICENSE (IN License is needed for the urgent April, May and June needs. The site would consider IMLC candidates for July onwards dates ONLY!)

Current open dates are as follows - For Urology , open dates are as follows - All shifts are 7am till 7am the next day of the end date mentioned below unless mentioned otherwise.

8/27/24 - 8/29/24
9/10/24 - 9/13/24 until 5 pm
9/17/24 - 9/22/24
10/15/24 - 10/18/24
10/29/24- 10/31/24
11/5/24 - 11/8/24
11/12/24 - 11/14/24
11/19/24 - 11/22/24 until 5 pm
11/26/24 - 12/1/24
12/3/24 - 12/4/24
Please note that we are actively recruiting locums as well as PSA and employed providers for this need and these dates are subjective to change as we fill them.
