Location: A city located in the western part of the state of Kentucky known for its rich history, vibrant arts scene, and recreational opportunities. 140 miles northwest of Nashville, Tennessee!

Facility:
  • Hospital offers an extensive array of medical specialties and technologies typically found in much larger urban settings.
  • A regional referral center for a wide geographic region, including more than a dozen counties in western Kentucky, southern Illinois, southeast Missouri, and northwest Tennessee.
Opportunity:
  • Estimated start date: Aug 1, 2024
  • Reason for Coverage: Additional physician needed to provide inpatient coverage
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient/Hospital-Based
  • Dates of Coverage: 1-2 weekends per month (Thurs or Fri AM - Monday AM) On-call Shifts 7a-7a
  • No other urologists onsite during assignment
  • Number of Urologists in Group: 1 MD provides inpatient support, 2 APRNs are ambulatory/clinic based only
  • Labs & X-rays onsite
  • Required Procedures:
    • General Urology
    • Advanced Endoscopic Techniques
    • Ureteroscopy
    • Laser Certification
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
