Urologist needed in Santa Rosa, CA (Perm Position)

Clinic hours: 7a-5p

Call could be around 7-10 days per month

Beeper call but onsite during the weekday work hours (7am-5pm)

Called back to the hospital (after 5pm or on weekend) on average 3-5 times per week.

Joining a group of three other Urologists

Develop your own Urodynamics laboratory, with a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to assist you

OR time at both the main hospital and surgery center

DaVinci Xi robot and fully equipped OR to manage complex stones and complex endourologic problems

In-house holmium laser

Patients Per Shift: 20-25

Support staff: RN: 2 MA: 6 NP/PA: 1

BC/BE, CA license, ACLS, PALS, DEA and COVID vaccine required

Compensation is between $417,402 and $597,150 per year
