Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive urological care to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological conditions, including but not limited to urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate issues, and urologic cancers.

Surgical Expertise: Perform surgical procedures as necessary, including minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopy and robotic surgery. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Patient Communication: Build strong patient relationships through effective communication, empathy, and compassionate care. Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures.

Collaboration: Work closely with other physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans.

Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in urology through ongoing education and training. Contribute to the advancement of urological knowledge through participation in research, conferences, and publications.

Practice Growth: Actively participate in practice growth initiatives, including marketing efforts, community outreach, and physician recruitment. Contribute to the reputation and success of the practice through excellence in clinical care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of a residency program in urology.
Board certification or eligibility in urology.
Valid medical license in the state of North Carolina.
Strong clinical and surgical skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
