Inpatient/Outpatient
Board Certified
ACLS, BLS & PALS
Physicians & Support Staff
2 physicians, two physician assistants, one nurse practitioner, one practice
manager, one RN, four clinicians, two surgical schedulers, five front office staff.
Must have PA license, dates too close to get license in time.
Dates of Coverage:
Ongoing needs but **Urgent dates of 4/15,4/16,4/22-4/24,4/29-5/1,5/6-5/8,5/13-5/16, 5/18-5/29, 6/3-6/5,6/8-6/20,6/24-6/27**
Must have PA license, dates too close to get license in time.
Volume Approximately 15% IP and 85% OP
