- 8/6/24 - 8/9/24 8/20/24 - 8/21/24 8/27/24 - 8/29/24 9/10/24 - 9/13/24 until 5 pm 9/17/24 - 9/22/24 10/29/24- 10/31/24 11/12/24 - 11/14/24 11/26/24 - 12/1/24 12/3/24 - 12/4/24
- On-Call 24 Hours
- All Shifts are 7am till 7am the next day of the end date mentioned
- Provide all inpatient Urology consults, patient rounding, and procedures as needed
- Responsible for after hour call
- 6 Providers Requested
- Will prioritize providers who are locum to perm
- Phone Consults: 10-20
- Call Patients Seen: 20+
- Admissions Required
- Assigned/Unassigned Patients
- Within 30-minute response time required
- 6 Beds in Office
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Active IN License (The site would consider IMLC candidates)
- Fellowship Required
- EMR: Cerner
