Practice Setting:

• Join a team of 3 Urologists in our award-winning healthcare system
  • Access multiple subspecialty departments, including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Oncology, Neurology, and General, Thoracic, Cardiac, Neuro, Vascular, Gynecology/Oncology, and Oncology Surgery.
• New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth
• Brand new Davinci 5 robot and 3T MRI are available - robotics trained is required
• General Urology along with some Oncology Urology cases - Oncology fellowship is not required
• State-of-the-art clinic built in August 2023 that's right across the street from the main hospital

Schedule:

• Busy practice with the ability to see 30+ patients per clinic day
• 1:4 call taken in 1-week blocks
• 2 days blocked for OR, plenty of OR time is available

Compensation & Benefits:

• $575k base compensation + wRVU productivity with excellent earning potential ($700k+ anticipated first year)
  • $50,000 recruitment incentive (signing bonus)
  • Student loan forgiveness for those interested
