Regional community non-profit health system serving an eight-county community in NW Ohio. They welcome residents, new grads, and experienced physicians to consider their special Urology opportunity.
Opportunity
- Group with surgical and robotics expertise
- Flexible office hours, 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
- Surgical cases at the main hospital, critical access hospital, and surgery center
- 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
- No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
- Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid, and Botox injections)
- Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)
- Four da Vinci® Xi? Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table Motion
- Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers.
- Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship.
Compensation
- $500K-$600K base salary that continues beyond the first contract term (based on experience)
- W/RVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
- Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend)
