• Practice Type: General Urology, subspecialties welcome.
• Team: Collaborate with 2 experienced Urologists in a high-demand setting.
• Partnership & Ownership: Opportunity for partnership; shared ownership of lithotripsy machine and building.
• Technology: Access to DaVinci Si & Xi robotics (use is optional).
• Schedule: Full-time, combining clinic and surgical/procedures.
• Call Duty: 1:3 rotation (about 10 days per month).
• EMR: Paragon (AllScripts).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Income Guarantee: $550,000+ (base) for 2 years, plus production bonuses.
  • Documented $750K+ after production
• Signing Bonus: $35,000-$40,000, adjusted for visa requirements.
• Benefits: 20 days PTO, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, health/dental/vision, 401k.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000.
