DESCRIPTION: ASC Urgent Need for Urologist

· M-F 8am-5pm – Clinic or OR Clinic, Plus night call, plus 24-hour weekend call, plus call backs

· 18-22 patients per day

· On call: Yes, 30-minute response time

· Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR.

· EMR: EPIC

· Additional information upon request

REQUIRED:

· IL State License – will only consider fully licensed or IMLC in hand candidates.

· Board Certified & Board Eligible

· ACLS/BLS

· Covid Vaccine

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
