**Urology opportunity in Augusta, ME** Located 1 hour from Portland, ME **Job Description:** - Permanent position - Seeking a board eligible/board certified Urologist to join a well-established practice - Join 3 other physicians and four dedicated APPs - Manageable 1:4 call - 4 day clinical work week - Recommends, participates in, and actively works to ensure the success of efforts to improve quality and cost effectiveness of care provided to patients throughout the organization. Participates in medical staff and hospital committees, maintains acceptable attendance at specified meetings, and undertakes special projects as designated. - Accepts patient referrals from other physicians. Acts as admitting, attending and/or consulting physician for patients who require hospitalization depending on needs of patients, medical staff and hospital.
