• This is the only Urology group supporting the 400,000 person service area for this health system
• Group has 3 MD’s and 1 APP (working to add another APP)
• Ambulatory Surgery Center in the same building as office space
• Group started in mid 1970’s
• 1:4 call
• Will perform surgery in 3 area locations
